  Andrew co-founded Avenir in 2017. Before founding Avenir, Andrew worked at Shumway Capital, L Catterton and Peter J Solomon Company. As a Robertson Scholar, he received a Master of Management Studies from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.A. from the Honors Program at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

  Jamie co-founded Avenir in 2017. Before founding Avenir, Jamie spent time at Explorador Capital Management and in business affairs at Augusta National Golf Club. During the 2008 U.S. presidential campaign, he served as special assistant and personal aide to Senator John McCain. Jamie received an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a B.A. from the University of Georgia.

  Ben is a Partner at Avenir. He joined the Investment Team in 2018. He serves as a board observer for Wasoko. Before joining Avenir, Ben worked at Bain Capital in New York and Boston. Ben graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University with a B.A. in Philosophy.

  Paul joined the Investment Team at Avenir in 2019. He serves on the Board of Directors for Xepelin. Paul also serves as a board observer for Flutterwave and Ziina. Before joining Avenir, he worked at Thomas H. Lee Partners in the Consumer and Healthcare groups; at Credit Suisse in the Financial Sponsors group; and at Jeffries in the Restructuring group. Paul received an MBA from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Commerce from the University of Virginia.

Before joining Avenir, she worked at Vitruvian Partners and Bank of America Merrill Lynch in London. Theresa graduated from Cambridge University where she majored in Politics and International Relations.

Before joining Avenir, he worked at Advent International on the Retail, Consumer & Leisure investment team, and at Moelis & Company on the Mergers & Acquisitions team. Jonathan received an MBA from Harvard Business School and an Honors Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

Anna received an B.S. in International Trade and Transportation and MS of Public Accounting. Anna is also a Certified Public Accountant.
